Passionate about shaping independent individuals!

I currently hold over 20 years of experience in training and education. My experiences ranges from classroom teaching to international training for professionals. My career began in the corporate sector with GE Capital where I earned many accolades for my efficient contribution to the company. I later took up freelance assignments as a trainer and writer in various sectors. I always knew that I had an affinity for teaching, so I decided to follow my heart's desire. Not believing in limiting one's passion to a certain field I have also received award as Teacher Chef from International Institute of Hotel Management. I have taught under-privildged children and women under NSS scheme. I have been counselling youth, couples and expectant mothers for many years. Being a graduate in Science and also with a degree in Education I intend to continue learning.

I always had a strong burden to do my part in making this world a better place. In order to make a difference I had to go beyond the boundaries of a regular teacher, and that is how BetterMe Hybrid School was conceptualized. I have put together a team of experts and teachers to train children in skills that no curriculum teaches.

I am your guide on this creative journey!

I completed my studies in textile and garment designing. After settling in the United States, I worked as a freelance artist. Educating young minds was where my real passion lay, so I took the leap into the world of teaching. I started teaching art to kids in various schools. This inspired me to come up with a way to empower young minds to explore their full potential. Around 10 years ago, I decided to combine my passion for art and teaching which led to the inception of 'Let's Fill Some Colours', an art program.

Art and music give me immense joy and provide a wonderful outlet for my creativity. As an art teacher for over 15 years now, it has been an honor to be presented with the opportunity to work with so many creative young minds. It gives me a great deal of satisfaction in empowering the minds that will shape our future. It is a privilege to be on the BetterMe Hybrid School team. I endeavor to nurture their creative side, shaping them into formidable thinkers and adaptive learners.

Teaching is an extension of who I am!

Having done my postgraduate diploma in Montessori Kindergarten and Nursery Teacher Training, I also completed the highly recommended 'Jolly Phonics' and 'Jolly Grammar' courses from the CPD college, situated in the UK.

I hold over 18 years of experience in teaching pre-primary students. I was also a part of the faculty that taught at Jesuit school in Bangalore, India for around three years. Prior to this, I worked as a Post Graduate faculty at a teacher's institute for nine years, training them in Montessori methods of education.

I am a certified storyteller from Kathalaya and very passionate about the power of storytelling in my teaching practices. I have handled many storytelling sessions for different audiences. Additionally, I have received a band 3 in TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test) from Cambridge Assessment English, a globally recognized certification. I am also a diploma holder in yoga. As a part of the BetterMe Hybrid School team, I aspire to strengthen the foundation of our young learners so that they can confidently take on the world.

Neha

Teaching isn't just a job, It is my calling!

I have a double Bachelor's degree one in Psychology and other in Education. I also completed my postgraduate degree in English Literature. Having a total work experience of 12 years, I initially worked for the first six years in the corporate sector. For the next six years that complete my experience as a teacher, I have dedicated myself to fueling young minds in the field of education.

I have extensive expertise in the areas of Classroom Management, Gross Motor Skills, Personality Management and Counseling. I am excited to be part of the BetterMe Hybrid School team which provides me with the ideal opportunity to mold young and budding minds into better versions of themselves.

Mario

Music is enough for a lifetime, but a lifetime is not enough for Music!

I am an experienced musician, with over 15 years musical experience. I am a particularly accomplished Keyboardist, Guitarist, Singer, and Songwriter. A performer in national and international platforms.

I am also the proud Founder of ‘Marcel Studio & Music Academy’ running successfully since 2010. Creating and inspiring children and adults to sing and play instruments and I have also mentored multiple music bands.

I am the originator of four musical manuals on “how to play an instrument by ear”. Currently I am a determined Music producer and Sound engineering educator at ‘Marcel Studio & Music Academy’.

I have helped many students to recover from mental health issues such as depression, with the help of music on recommendation of doctors.

I have completed Diploma in Sound Engineering from The Resonance Academy and Music Production and Guitar course from Berklee College of Music.
