ADMISSIONS

Admission will be considered confirmed only on receipt of either full fee or the first installment.
All admissions to the BetterMe Hybrid School are subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria. Only scanned copy of original document is to be submitted during the enrolment process. If at any stage it is found that an applicant has provided false or incorrect documentation, or it is found that the applicant has willfully concealed information, then the applicant’s admission will be immediately cancelled without any refunds.
Parents or guardians must be fully aware that information about students and their parents or guardians may be collected periodically and stored and used for the smooth functioning of the course.

Fees for our courses, resources and other services are subject to change without notice.
The bank transaction charges are not included as part of the course fee structure.
There may be a fine levied regarding late payment of fees.
The School reserves the right to discontinue the classes of a student if the fees remain unpaid beyond the final deadline.

Any transaction fee charged by the bank is an additional charge which should be paid by the parent.
You may cancel all or part of your course programme at any time before the commencement of classes or before the shipping of the course material (whichever is earlier) to receive a full refund.
Bank transaction charges, if any will not be refunded.
Once study material is dispatched, there will be no refund.
No refunds are applicable for Summer camp, extracurricular and life skill classes.

Examinations and assessments will be for internal promotion of the students.
We do not assume responsibility of enrolling the student for NIOS or IGCSE examinations.
If parents would want their child to write an external examination at the end of the year, they will be responsible for contacting a suitable exam centre to make all the necessary arrangements. They will also be responsible for the payment of any applicable examination fees, which are not included as part of the course fee structure. Our team can provide with required support and information. However, we are not liable to organize this process.

We are not liable for any losses incurred by any breach on our part.
We cannot be held responsible for any system virus-related issues. We suggest that you install all required virus protection software for the electronic media that your child will use, if necessary and keep it regularly updated.
All course material and extra resources that are provided are the sole property of BetterMe Hybrid School and supplied only for the child who is attending the course. By enrolling for our course, you agree that the provided material will not be used for any other purpose other than the purpose intended.
